WI-130 Three Scale Weighing System

This system utilizes three scales to weigh various size boxes as they are filled. Weighing is done on individual scales, or a combination of scales. The following weighing configurations are available:

Scale A Only

Scale B Only

Scale C Only

Scale A & B

Scale B & C

Scale A & B & C

The operator will approach the WI-130, and press the function key corresponding to the scale being used (ex. A, B, C, A/B, B/C, A/B/C).

After pressing the desired key, the system prompts for an Operator ID and a Tare Weight. The display then changes to the Net Weighing mode. The operator fills the box and presses the PRINT key when finished.

The system captures the weight from the scale, and transmits the data to a wedge attached to a PC. During the weighing operation, the scale keys are locked and will only function again after the PRINT key is pressed. Conversely, the PRINT key will be locked until one of the scale keys has been selected. This prevents the current weighing operation from being overwritten by another operator, and prevents an invalid weight transaction from being sent to the PC.
