WI-130 Box Filling & Counting System

This particular system is designed to control the amount of a rivets (or some other product) being filled into an empty box, and monitor the completion status of a work order, based upon the total quantity of rivets and number of rivets per box.

To initiate the box filling process, the operator presses the SETUP key. The system prompts for a Work Order Number, Total Quantity, and Quantity Per Box. Next, the system prompts the operator to place a certain number of pieces on the scale so that a piece weight can be calculated.

Once the piece weight is calculated, the system prompts the operator to place an empty box on the scale and press a green Start button. Once this button is pressed, the system zeros the scale and enters the counting and filling mode.

The filling machine activates, a green light turns on, and rivets begin dropping into the box. Once the box count is reached, the filling machine is turned off, a red light turns on, and the WI-130 indicates that the current box is complete.

The display also shows the number of pieces and the number of boxes remaining in the work order. This information will remain on the screen for a few seconds, and then the system will prompt for another box.

This process continues until all required boxes have been filled for the work order.
